1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers to our paid subscription plans.

1.1 Eligibility

To be eligible for a full refund under our 7-day money-back guarantee:

  • You must be a first-time subscriber (never previously subscribed to any Signal Sport paid plan)
  • Your refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your initial subscription date
  • You must not have violated our Terms of Service

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

2. Pro-Rated Refunds

2.1 Service Outage

If the Signal Sport service experiences significant downtime or service interruption that prevents you from accessing the Service for 24 consecutive hours or more, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the affected period.

2.2 How to Request

To request a pro-rated refund for service outages:

  • Provide the dates and times of the service interruption
  • We will investigate and determine eligibility based on our service logs

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following circumstances:

3.1 After 7-Day Period

No refunds will be issued for subscriptions beyond the initial 7-day money-back guarantee period, except in cases of qualifying service outages.

3.2 Renewal Periods

Subscription renewals are non-refundable. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. Cancellation instructions are available in your account settings.

3.3 Partial Month Usage

If you cancel your subscription mid-billing cycle, you will not receive a refund for the unused portion of the subscription period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

3.4 Gambling Losses

  • Gambling losses or unsuccessful bets
  • Expected profits not realized
  • Disagreement with analytics or predictions

Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds, including but not limited to:

  • Any illegal activity

3.6 Change of Mind After 7 Days

After the 7-day money-back guarantee period, refunds are not issued simply due to change of mind, dissatisfaction with features, or deciding not to use the Service.

4. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

4.2 Chargeback Consequences

Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account
  • Permanent ban from using Signal Sport services
  • Reporting to credit bureaus or fraud prevention services
  • Legal action to recover costs and damages

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • Your account settings on the Signal Sport website
  • Emailing support@signalsports.org

5.2 Effect of Cancellation

  • Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period
  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • No refund will be issued for the remaining days in the current billing period (except as outlined in Section 2)
  • Your account data will be retained according to our Privacy Policy

5.3 Reactivation

If you cancel and later wish to resubscribe, you will be charged the current subscription rate. You will not be eligible for the 7-day money-back guarantee on reactivation.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within:

  • 5-10 business days to your original payment method
  • Additional time may be required for your financial institution to post the credit to your account
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed

7. Special Circumstances

7.1 Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues preventing you from using the Service:

7.2 Extraordinary Circumstances

8. Promotional and Discounted Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased at promotional or discounted rates are subject to the same refund policy. Refunds for promotional subscriptions will be calculated based on the amount actually paid, not the regular subscription price.

9. Gift Subscriptions

Gift subscriptions purchased for other users:

  • May be refunded within 7 days of purchase if the recipient has not yet activated the subscription
  • Cannot be refunded once the recipient has activated and used the subscription
  • Refund requests must be made by the purchaser, not the recipient

10. Currency and Exchange Rates

All refunds are issued in the original currency of payment. If your financial institution applies currency conversion, exchange rate fluctuations and conversion fees are your responsibility. Signal Sport is not responsible for any exchange rate losses.

11. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Modifications to the policy will not affect refund requests made prior to the change.

12. Limitations
