• Accept bets or wagers of any kind
• Guarantee winning outcomes or profits

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws

6. Subscription and Payment

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• Any errors will be corrected
• Use of the Service will result in profits or winning bets

9.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIGNAL SPORT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9.4 Gambling Disclaimer

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SPORTS BETTING INVOLVES RISK AND THAT YOU MAY LOSE MONEY. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY GAMBLING LOSSES YOU INCUR. PAST PERFORMANCE IS NOT INDICATIVE OF FUTURE RESULTS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Signal Sport, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another

11. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

11.2 Binding Arbitration
